Returns & Exchange of Size 

We are happy to accept returns, and will absorb the return shipping cost only if they are found to be faulty or defective upon arrival. Please email: immediately to arrange a return.

If you wish to exchange a product as it is the wrong size, we are happy to send another garment in the same style (subject to availability). In this case, the customer must absorb the shipping costs of both the returning and new garments. Please contact to arrange an exchange of size.

In order for a product to be returned or exchanged the following terms apply:

– The product must have been purchased in the last 7 days

– The product must have it’s original swing tag and all packaging (packaging for returns only)

– The product must be unused, in its original condition including that of touch & smell.

– You must be able to provide documentation of the purchase

Any cases that do not comply with these terms, will not be accepted.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Product Delivery, Shipping Estimate & Shipping Cost

We offer the choice of shipping using Australia Post Parcel, Express or International Shipping. Shipping and delivery of orders will be in accordance with the delivery terms of the third party couriers.

You must provide a physical delivery address where someone is likely to be available to accept the delivery of your order during business hours. You may be required by the third party couriers to provide proof of identification for verification checks, in accordance with their delivery terms.

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the products in your order and your location. You can see the pricing on the available shipping options by entering your post code into the freight calculator.

We aim to ship all orders, where products are in stock, within 1-2 business days. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, we will notify you within 3 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia, but are subject to the delivery terms of the third party couriers.

Pre-Order Product Delivery, Shipping Estimate & Shipping Cost

Pre-orders are placed and shipped on an average estimate of two to three weeks AFTER the Pre-order date closes - this is dependent on the style and size.

We have limited stock on hand at the beginning of each season - so it will be first in best dressed. All order placed after this will be made-to-order with our machinist producing your orders over a two to three week period, not including postage.

As our orders are produced & packed locally to the highest of quality we can ensure you the wait is nothing short of perfect when you receive your P&M orders.
